After reading recent reviews, I felt the need to give mine. We stayed the last week of August. Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable, I did not hear my neighbors, and the breakfast was great! My only complaint is, housekeeping came into my room when there was a do not disturb sign on my room door. The hotel is at a great location in Pigeon Forge.
We enjoyed our stay here overall. They were in middle of a remodel but it wasn't very intrusive. The extent of what we saw was just the items in the parking area staged to be installed as the work progressed (microwaves, sinks, etc) That said, it took quite a bit of the parking spaces under the building, which is understandable because they wanted to keep the items safe from the weather. This made parking very tight but we were able to park each night. The breakfast stops at 9:30am (were used to 10am cutoff at most other hotels so we missed it some mornings) but it was good the morning we made it. (eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt and toast options) Our worst complaint was the noise at night. Apparently there's no sound break between floors, like at all. I could hear what sounds like a toddler running back and forth for hours. Once I heard it, I couldn't un-hear it. I called the front desk probably 4 times in one night before they finally walked up and told them to quite down. The next night, they were at it again. I don't know if the kid was even being watched. It was non-stop walking and running around loud until ~1am. I'd probably stay here again if we got a great deal, otherwise, we'll find a different place to stay.
